European Event organisation and promotion

Dark Grey Europe supported Eurobitume with the organisation and communication around their two annual member meetings, ensuring that the facilities were arranged, and attendees were all informed in a timely and professional manner.

Eurobitume, the European Association of Bitumen Producers actively communicate with all players in the bitumen industry and beyond and an important part of this is done in their twice-yearly members meetings.

Dark Grey Europe provided a full account service supplementing Eurobitume’s organisation with key resources to assist around the organisation of the events as well as the communication around it. Ensuring that invitations and reminders were sent, and registrations and other arrangements were completed.

Dark Grey Europe assisted with the planning of the event and handled coordination of the venues and service suppliers. Additionally, we created themed communication material for the event including the save the date, invitation and registration emails, programme of activities and decoration of the venue, as well as keynote presentations, name badges and prizes for the award winners.

Dark Grey Europe also provided on-site support during the event to ensure a smooth experience for Eurobitume and all the delegates.
