We need people with real and recent B2B marketing and communication agency experience. With proven client service credentials delivering both traditional and digital campaigns and tools. To help support our growing family of great International clients and brands.

You will be fluent in Dutch and English, be based in The Netherlands with either Dutch nationality or a Dutch resident permit. You will be comfortable working in a relaxed and informal team.

Senior Account Director

to support our team and to be a force that fuels our growing client relationships in the EMEA market. You will be working within a team of client service and creative professionals to deliver high-quality communications campaigns and tools to your assigned clients.

In this role you will:
  • be a strategic point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships
  • work with the Dark Grey Europe team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients
  • contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities
  • lead multiple projects and clients at once
  • be a team player
  • work from our office in the heart of Eindhoven
Skills required:
  • have a B2B marketing agency background at Account Director level for at least 3 years
  • have exceptional business development and client facing skills
  • have an exceptional understanding of channel-marketing
  • be fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • be well-versed in all forms of media communications including traditional and non-traditional; direct mail, print, as well as interactive/online/SoMe/SEA marketing programmes
  • have experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style
  • be a committed PC user
We offer:
  • a salary between €4,500-€5,800 plus 8% holiday pay per month, depending on experience

to support our team and to be a force that fuels our growing client relationships in the EMEA market. You will be working within a team of client service and creative professionals to deliver high-quality communications campaigns and tools to your assigned clients.

In this role you will:
  • liaise with clients, check and report on a campaign’s progress
  • brief and schedule the creative team to produce campaign deliverables and assets
  • support a Client Service Director in devising campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets
  • define project scope, estimates, time plans and budgets together with the account and creative teams
  • quality control all work that is submitted to clients
  • monitor all stages of client projects to ensure they run smoothly
  • ensure that projects stay within the allocated budget
  • work from our office in the heart of Eindhoven
Skills required:
  • good working knowledge of MS office
  • good organisational and time management skills
  • proactive approach to projects and clients
  • ability to work as part of a team, and under pressure
  • be fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • good business sense and experience with budget management
  • understanding of marketing communications, creative processes, and techniques – including SoMe platforms and SEM is helpful
  • willing to learn about new technologies and trends in business and communications
  • competency in other languages would be beneficial, especially German and French

  • a salary between €2400 – €2700 plus 8% holiday pay per month, depending on experience

Digital Campaign Specialist

to support our team and to be a force that fuels our growing client relationships in the EMEA market. You will be working within a team of client service and creative professionals to deliver high-quality communications campaigns and tools to your assigned clients.

In this role you will:
  • liaising with clients, checking, and reporting on a campaign’s progress
  • briefing and scheduling the creative team to produce digital campaign deliverables and assets
  • work closely with Client Service Director in devising SEA (PPC / display), YouTube, paid Social Media campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets
  • work directly with the internal media team to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly and continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly
  • build successful campaigns with affiliate, text & email marketing and feel confident using SEO, DAO, text marketing and Web3 – including a set of tactics matching with the overall goal of the advertiser
  • build and run PPC campaigns on various platforms and channels (GDN, etc.)
  • being able to reach and set digital media goals and targets for a wide variety of clients
  • ensuring that projects stay within the allocated budget
  • monitoring all stages of projects to ensure that they run smoothly
  • contribute to updating best practices and offers insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
  • gather and leverage insights on audience acquisition and engagement, using data to inform and evaluate our campaign strategies and approach.Provide growth statistics and audience analysis for our clients.
Skills required:
  • minimum of 3+ years relevant working experience
  • ideally have a degree in digital marketing or similar
  • excellent client service and relationship-building capability – always with a professional and confident demeanour
  • broad knowledge of the digital landscape and consumer trends
  • experience with working across different time zones and communicating across multiple organisational levels
  • quick and independent decision-making
  • being decisive and stress resistant in a fast-changing work environment
  • ability to work creatively and collaboratively

  • a salary between €3,500-€4,500 plus 8% holiday pay per month, depending on experience
