What you’ll do

Based in the heart of Eindhoven, you’ll help expand the scope, growth, and clientele by:

  • Identifying prospects, assessing their viability and developing relationships
  • Developing and driving new business approaches, channels and vehicles
  • Working with sales and marketing colleagues. Assist in preparing and presenting introductions, proposals and pitches with the wider team
  • Actively tracking the CRM funnel, reports and following up actions
  • Identifying and driving sales process improvements

Skills required

  • Have superior negotiating and planning skills
  • Be able to clearly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Be able to successfully work both on own initiative and with senior team members
  • Experienced with CRM and work/planning online tools
  • Have excellent networking and business acquisition skills
  • Be consistent, dependable and efficient

What you’ll need

If you haven’t got a B2B marketing agency background as a New Business Manager for at least 3 years, sorry, this isn’t an opening for you. But if you do have that experience as well as top business development and client facing skills, we’re all ears. You’ll also be able to demonstrate how you’ve grown, managed and inspired opportunities in the past. You’re based in the Netherlands in or near Eindhoven with either Dutch nationality or a Dutch residents permit. Oh, en je moet vloeiend Nederlands en Engels kunnen spreken en schrijven.

What you can look forward to

We’re offering a basic salary of between €5,200-€6,800 (based on FTE) plus commissions, 8% holiday pay per month. 25 days holiday, pension & secondary benefits.
